WEBIf you don't want the trouble of starting over, I think what you can do is to start the world (putting your sim into a plot of land and start the gameplay), use cheats to turn your sim into a spellcaster, go into CAS, and save the sim to your gallery.

WEBHero. @yurimayflower As a test, please remove the entire Mods folder from Documents > Electronic Arts > the sims 4, delete localthumbcache.package from the sims 4 folder as well, and see whether the interactions are back. You don't have to save your progress, so don't worry about missing items. Just try it out.
